Price and licence

Inmost for macOS is $39, one time, for one person, on one Mac at a time. Replace the Mac and the same key moves with you; a new key isn't needed. No subscription, no word limit, no per-seat metering. A licence key is delivered by email after purchase.

Trial

Every copy runs fully featured for ten minutes of finished dictation, counted only when a transcript actually reaches your cursor. Nothing is crippled during the trial: the product being sold is the privacy claim, so you get the whole thing to test.

Refunds

Ask within 30 days of purchase and you get your money back, no interrogation. Write to support@inmost.app from the address you bought with.

A refund ends your entitlement to updates, support and re-downloads. It can't switch off the copy already on your Mac, because Inmost never phones home — that's the same design that keeps your audio private. We'd rather be honest about that than ship a kill switch.

Updates

A licence includes every update to Inmost, with no expiry date. Buy once and the app keeps improving without a renewal. If a future, separate product is paid, it will be a new app with its own price, not a subtraction from what you already bought.

What you may not do

Redistribute the app or your key, or sell access to it. That's the whole list.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the app does. The version in effect is the one published on this page, dated at the top. A change never reduces what a purchase already included: a licence bought under these terms keeps its price, its 30-day refund window, and its access to updates. If a change is material, we'll email the address you bought with, at least 30 days before it takes effect.

No warranty

Inmost is provided as is. Speech recognition makes mistakes, and you shouldn't rely on it for anything where an error is dangerous.
